This document introduces the "Suction Roll" handled by Nikko Co., Ltd. as a proposal for a new suction roll. Traditionally, we have adopted a porous ceramic called "Aerofix," which has finer and more uniform pore surfaces than rolls with porous metal surfaces. We have now released a "Suction Roll" that can be mounted with Aerofix on a high-tension roller, allowing for adhesion without leaving marks on the material and enabling high-speed transport! Thanks to our unique ceramic sintering technology, we achieve: - An average pore size of 2μm with a porosity of 40% - High performance and precision with uniform adhesion strength - Capability to adhere to the edges of films and other materials without warping - No marks left after adhesion - Usable in dry environments as well as wet environments - Usable in high-temperature environments up to 150°C This product can be used for a wide range of applications.
